Sum of Detail Line Items Only Adds Up Displayed Items and Not ALL Detail Line Items (Doc ID 2367361.1)

On a Payment Application BP, the sum of detail line items only adds up displayed line items instead of adding all line items that are added to the Detail Form.

The auto-populated Total Amount field on the detail form should sum up the values of all line items instead of just the line items that are displayed in the user's view. The maximum number of line items that can be displayed is 200. If more than 200 line items are on the detail form, the total amount should still add the lines that are not displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Payment Application record
2. Go to the detail form.
3. Check the Total Amount value and note that the value doesn't correctly sum -

The issue has the following business impact:
This is crucial for calculation of Earned Values being considered in the Payment Application.
