Forms and Enclosures Developed in Documaker Do Not Appear in Documaker Interactive (Doc ID 2367920.1)

On : 12.6 version, Enterprise Edition

A list of forms/enclosures developed in Documaker need to be attached in Documaker Interactive during run time (using Forms option).
However, the standalone documents/forms are not available in  available options.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Documaker Interactive:Correspondence application
2. Go to + sign(Add Forms)
3. In Add Forms popup window there are no data to display.
