Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
MDM v2.1.0.3., Get Scalar Details usage rule waits until Expected Work Date despite a usable read within window
When using the UT End Date Option of "Derive using Service Schedule", the Get Scalar Details usage rule does not send back bill determinants until the Expected Work Date is reached despite having a read within the read window.
It is expected that this will return the UT if there is eligible data.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Set up UT End Date Option of "Derive using Service Schedule scenario such that there is a range around end date
- Create read 2 days before schedule date and process UT
- UT will not be processed and a message will be returned that a reading is expected the next day
Due to this issue, users cannot get UT processed with an early measurement.
