Users Are Not Able To See Any Worksheets After The Clone (Doc ID 2368515.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6.1 version, CWB

When attempting to log into Demantra Anywhere or Demantra Local Application , it logs in, the screen will be stuck for some time and after 1-2 minutes sessionExpired.jsp page shows up and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"You have attempted to access a page for which you are not authorized"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Collaborator Workbench page
2. Input the user and password
3. No worksheet shows up and an error message shows is displayed .

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the worksheets.
