Is There a Configuration To Only Send Content Review Tasks Notifications Out on Major Versions?

Goal

Currently the Content Review Task Notification sends out notifications for both major and minor versions of a document. Is there a configuration parameter that would allow only notifications to be sent out for Major versions?
