On : version, Activity

Actual Behavior
IUsers are experiencing two issues with MultiFields both related to ActionEvents.
If you configure an activity to have an OnSubmit validation that is also using MutliFields
when you trigger an OnChange event that resides in the MultiiField configuration it will trigger the OnSubmit event that is in the main activity.
The Fields between the two events are completely different and once the false OnSubmit triggers it disables the "Ok" button and prevents the activity from being added.
The second issue is when we have an OnSubmit with an ACTIONTYPE="CALLEXTERNALEVENT" it is not triggering the event that exists inside of the MultiField.

Expected Behavior
OnChange events do not trigger OnSubmit events and CALLEXTERNALEVENT works inside of MultiFields

Steps to Reproduce
Problem 1
1) Configure an Activity to use Multifields
2) Configure an OnSubmit inside of the calling activity on any field
3) Inside of the MultiField rule create an OnChange event
4) Add this activity in OIPA and trigger the OnChange event and it will also trigger the OnSubmit event for a different field
5) Notice that the "Ok" button is disabled

Problem 2
1) In the same activity as before configure an on submit to use a CALLEXTERNALEVENT
2) Confiugure this event in the MultiField rule
3) Add this activity in OIPA and trigger the OnSubmit for this one
4) Notice that the event will not happen

Business Impact
Due to this issue, users cannot complete required functionality
