Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A specific user is unable to see all available Projects when he goes into P6 Professional.

This same user can see all available Projects when he goes into P6 Web.
Troubleshooting was done to eliminate Client Side Cache (Cloud Only), access, layout and filtering as causes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

A specific user should be able to see all available Projects when he goes into P6 Professional.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, a specific user cannot see all active projects.
