Unable to create new Terms from the LSH Hierarchy Terms window (Doc ID 2369371.1)

The issue is, where post exadata migration, you're unable to create new Terms under the LSH Classification hierarchy. When you try and create the Term and click apply, the system displays:

"Term Saved Successfully"

But it's not created i.e. you can't see the Term from the Hierarchy screen, and the same entry is not present in the backend TMS tables e.g. TMS_DICT_CONTENTS. You've tried logging out, then back in, but this has no affect.
