EBS:PS: Relax Minimum and Relax Maximum and Relax Capacity Constraint Defaults in PS (Doc ID 2369389.1)

Can the following setting be saved so when the model is launched again these setting do not go back to default settings?

1) Relax Minimum and Relax Maximum for Items

Model Workspace > Model > Resources > Items > Change > Items > Constraints Tab > set radio buttons to relax both min and max
Verify by going into item properties that the 'Relax Minimum' and the 'Relax Maximum' is checked for all items.
After exiting the model and re-launching it, only the 'Relax Maximum' is checked on items. 'Relax Minimum' is NOT checked/saved.

2) Relax Capacity Constraint check box for machines

Model Workspace > Model > Resources > Machines > Change > > Machines > Solver Options tab > select 'Relax Capacity Constraint' check box
Verify this setting is now applied to all machines
After exiting the model and re-launching it, Relax Capacity Constraint is NOT checked
