While running data collections it can be seen that the Planning ODS Load and the Planning ODS Load workers error out

The following error message can be seen in the MSCPDCW: Planning ODS Load Worker request

Procedure MSC_CL_ROUTING_ODS_LOAD.LOAD_STD_OP_RESOURCES started.
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
