Issue With User Assignment (Doc ID 2369783.1)

In the customers environment they have  decided to keep individual users instead of the  'oms-automation' user to provide more security. This can make easier to track the activities performed by each user. But now , if the user is unavailable and some other user wants to capture a order owned by that particular user, its not possible at all.

Especially during urgent situationd such as bulk cleaning of Orders is not possible by the XML API's.

Kindly provide a solution to this, or provide a additional feature or a patch can can resolve this problem.
