How to Interface XISCLoc Message Types Like Pickup_lead_time in RMS 15.0.1 (Doc ID 2369805.1)

RMS 14.0.1 used to support the Item/Supplier/Country/Location (XISCLoc) message type. However, based on the Operations Guide (og2) for RMS 15.0.1, it looks like the XItem Subscription API does not handle Item/Supplier/Country/Location relationships. As a result, when you try to process XISCLocMod type of messages through RIB, you receive the following error:

"javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: The MessageType: XISCLocMod is not a valid Message Type for this Parser".

This makes sense since in rib-rms-plsql-api.xml Adaptor Class definitions are commented out for XISCLocMOD, XISCLocCRE, and XISCLocDEL message types.

What is the recommended mechanism to interface data elements that are defined at Item/Supplier/Country/location level (for example pickup_lead_time) in RMS 15.0.1 if they have different values by location from values maintained at item/supplier/country level?
