Viewer Draws Device with Wrong Status That Appears in Multiple Partitions (Such as a Tie-point)

Symptoms

The Viewer is not showing the correct status of a device that appears in multiple partitions (such as a tie-point).


OPAL product environment:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch web workspace. Take authority for all zones.
2. Open a viewer.
3. Target to S3162
4. Via the control tool, Close / Manual
5. Say yes to Create a parallel

The Viewer shows the correct closed status of the switch and the neighboring conductors are parallel.
6. Shift-U to unload maps
7. Press Target button again.

The map is loaded but the viewer shows the switch as open and the neighboring conductors are radial.
