DIVArchive: DFM Not Processing Files From Specific Location

Symptoms

When trying to archive a large amount of files from Isilon storage to LTO using the DFM(Drop Folder Monitor),  the bellow error can be found in dfm_DIVArchiveDFM_trace.log:

ERROR
-----------------------
Folder \\<IP address>\xxx is not accessible now. Please check DFM configuration


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. put some files in the drop-folder location that is not working
2. open the dfm_DIVArchiveDFM_trace.log and see the error

 Also, when trying to test the connection to \\<IP address>\xxx from one of the Actors with the credentials that are used in the DFM Service logon the connection is returning: "unknown user name or bad password".
