User Is Unable To Save A Measuring Component If The Channel Multiplier Field Has More Than 6 Digits. (Doc ID 2369942.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to save a Measuring Component if the Channel Multiplier has more than 6 digits, even though the BO Schema and Database column allows for this.

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create measuring component type.
2. Create measuring component for above measuring component.
3. Enter more than 6 digits in channel multiplier field and click save. User encounters following error in debug logs:

Debug Logs: 
Caused by: org.hibernate.exception.DataException: ORA-01438: value larger 
than specified precision allowed for this column
