Provider Group Page Does Not Show All Details (Doc ID 2370470.1)

Symptoms

Provider group details are not shown correctly in the provider group page:
1. A provider group detail can be found by doing a search on the specific provider code, but the provider is not shown when a search is done without any criteria.
2. The next set button shows some of the same providers as the previous set.


The expected result is to have all details shown correctly.  The next set button should display another set of provider group details and should not display details shown in the previous set.

No Issues were noticed on this page before
There is no workaround through the UI.  Only a database query would retrieve the correct details

The issue can be reproduced by adding a provider group with more details than the default number of rows displayed.

Because of this issue,  data and configuration cannot be validated using the UI.
