How do you move mail from one mailbox to another mailbox programatically?

For example, we would like to move mailboxes from Outlook 365 to Messaging Server using the following CSV:

EmailAddress,UserName,Password
username,adminacct,adminpass

Our goal is to get the proper format to login to a user account with admin credentials, instead of having to put in every individual user's password.
