Symptoms

On : 7.1.2 version, ETL and ODB loaders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Duplicate records are being created in the cdm table w_eha_subadmn_patient_h... after examining the cause it seems the HDM view is missing a filter criteria that causing this .. please review and correct

View: HDM.w_eha_subadmn_patient_h_cdm_v1

statement as is like below which filter condition to only include current records is missing.

AND (HDM_RX_LN.DRUG_DOS_UOMCD_ID =HDM_CD_REP_DOS_UOM.CD_ID (+))


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected the view "HDM.w_eha_subadmn_patient_h_cdm_v1" to have the statement like below:

AND (HDM_RX_LN.DRUG_DOS_UOMCD_ID =HDM_CD_REP_DOS_UOM.CD_ID (+)
AND HDM_CD_REP_DOS_UOM.CURRENT_FLG (+) ='Y')


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempting to run a load
2. Duplicate records being populated in w_eha_subadmn_patient_h
