Fresh Install OC 5.2 - Generating Provisional DCI Form gives " 24311: ORA-27486: Insufficient Privileges " (Doc ID 2371346.1)

Symptoms

On a new install of OC 5.2, users are getting below error when using Generate Provisional DCI Form :

"24311: ORA-27486: insufficient privileges
ORA-06512: at "RXC.OCL_DCIF_XMLP_GENERATOR",
line 468"

Also the the first error in the trace file is ="Exception in ocl_dcif_xmlp_generator.CreateExecLinuxScript ORA-27486: insufficient privileges"

 

Steps:

OC > Definition > DCIs > DCIs > Special Menu -> DCI Layout -> Generate Provisional DCI Form .
