LDAP User Without Email Information Fails to Login to Agile

There is one LDAP user being sync without email address information, and the user is not able to login into the web client though user status is active
LDAP user to be sync with email address information, and the user is can login into the web client
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Web Client as problem LDAP user
- User fails to login
