Get slots returns slots but MWM gives "Cost allocation too high" in response when trying to book the appointment.

The following has been observed:

1. If the shift has multiple POUs attached to it, and get slots, the shift is returned as available even if the slot request is during the time of the POU
2. When trying to book the job for that shift, it gives response "Cost allocation too high"
