Ideas Page Is Taking Time To Load in Internet Explorer (Doc ID 2372448.1)

When attempting to access the Idea page, the following error occurs.


Server is not responding.


  1. Log into Instantis as User with Permissions to Create an Idea
  2. Navigate to the Idea Listing page
  3. Click the Create button
  4. Page freezes
  5. The following error message is displayed at bottom of the page: "<> is not responding."
NOTE: This could impact the Proposal or Project page as well and is fully dependent on the configuration for the environment.
