Symptoms
Issue: performance related.
the following message floods weblogic_current.log, creating large log files
and results in system slowdown:

Steps to reproduce:
control central > search for brazil,mark > go to account (click on person) >
click account portal. if you look at the logs, a warning "string too long
for service field "NTF_TYPE_CD" message occurs.
