Transactions from RPOS stuck in FundSiebelOrderQueue directory and fail to get sent to Siebel (Doc ID 2372595.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (RPOS) , after completing a transaction containing an external siebel order item as well as a carry out item, bottleneck occurs in the FundSiebelOrderQueue directory , and the transaction fails to redirect to the UpdateSiebelOrderPaymentConnector. Following exception occurs on the console:
