Symptoms

File Manager Configuration page is slow to access and page shows Application Server Connection failure with below error


Error

java.lang.NullPointerException
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.testConnection(FileManager.java:441)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.checkApplicationServerConnection(FileManager.java:168)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.checkServerConfiguration(FileManager.java:140)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.CheckFMConfiguration(FileManager.java:110)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.handleRequest(FileManager.java:101)
at com.agile.webfs.admin.FileManager.doGet(FileManager.java:91)

 

What is Working

Web Client/Java Client users can upload/download file successfully
Running telnet from File manager to Application Server shows connection success

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch browser, and access to File Manager Configuration page
