Problem with "Submit" Button Behavior for Multiple Fuzzy Calls (Doc ID 2373016.1)

On : version, Web Call Entry

The "Submit" button on the "No matching customer found" dialog is only enabled the first time the dialog appears.

It is expected that the Submit button always be enabled on the "No matching customer found" dialog.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Start Web CallEntry
For Address, put "Test Road"
Hit enter.

The "No customer found" dialog appears.
The Submit button is enabled.

Hit submit.

For Address, put "Test Road 2"
Hit Enter.

The "No customer found" dialog appears.
The Submit button is now disabled.

As is it on subsequent attempts.
