"Cannot Perform Insert" Error Occurs When Performing RUA (Doc ID 2373179.1)

Symptoms

When performing a RUA action it throws "Cannot perform insert" error.

After resolving an issue with RUA Action, and click OK button it shows the Error "Cannot perform insert".

Error:

In the ReIM online log it capture the error "PL/SQL: numeric or value error devuelto por la unidad de programa RMSSUB_OTBMOD.CONSUME" on the trigger that performs the adjustment (REIM_TABLE_IRUA_AIR).


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a order, ship and receive ex: 100 qty
2. Create a invoice with qty 80
3. Run automatch
4. In a process with quantity discrepancy, go throw the resolution process by select that the invoice is correct and then select a reason that will adjust the receipt.
5. One all information is provided, click ok button.

Observe:
