OFSAA Data Model Upload / Upload.sh Fails After Installing OFSAAI 8.0.4.2.0 Patch (Doc ID 2373281.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 8.0.4.2.0 (Patch 27367416), the data model upload is broken.  You cannot execute the user interface upload or the upload.sh.

When you try to run the model upload from the 'Data Model Maintenance' screen, nothing happens and your Upload definition is not listed in the Summary screen.  The following error exists in the web server's nohup.out:
