Goal
The re-submission of an order generates a new SRQ ID , as a result, the output from "asap_utils -d 3" contains multiple entries for the same work order ID.
So, "asap_utils -d 3" shows multiple SRQ_ID's for the same WO_ID, which is confusing for the user.
