View Transaction Button Is Disabled In ReSA Even If All Corresponding Privileges Are Assigned

Oracle Retail Sales Audit - Version 14.1.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a custom user role is created and all relevant Retail Sales Audit(ReSa) privileges are assigned, the View Transaction button is disabled.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new role with relevant ReSA privileges
2. The View transaction button is disable in the operation>>Item summary screen
Note: resa_su user (install user role) can access this action, even similar privileges are assigned.
