SPP Ignoring New Buy Purchase Order And Suggesting Planned New Buy Order (Doc ID 2373516.1)

New Planned Buy order created when a PO already exists.
Sales order for sysdate - 17-OCT
New planned buy order created for 17-OCT
and Firm - New Buy purchase orders already exists for 02-NOV - and is now pegged to excess

We tried the following to fix this with profile
MRP: Create Time Fence - Yes
and uncheck planning time fence in the plan to generate a natural time fence
MSO: Firm Supply Allocation Window (Backward days) - 30
MSO: Firm Supply Allocation Window (Forward days) - 30

SPP Plan
Enforce constraints - unchecked
60 days /26 wks / 10 periods
 DTF is checked
 PTF Not checked / but also tested with checked

We cannot receive any earlier supply from our supplier - PO should satisfy supply and not be pegged to excess
