Symptoms

ACKs are not generating after accepting incoming E2B files, the error shown in the logs are as follows:


08-Mar-2018 03:02:58 AM DEFAULT : Unable to generate the EDI Header/Footer from stored procedure ESM_PKG_NONDLP.EDI_WRAPPER
08-Mar-2018 03:03:24 AM DEFAULT : Acknowledgment Number: 850678, File Name: XXXXXXXX_ARGSVAL7_20180308030341.xml is created in outgoing directory: D:\ARGUS_EDI\XMLOUT
