Goal says the limit for the General Text Database key is 128 characters.

Q1.  What is the expected result if the key passed in with ${text} is longer than 128 characters?

Q2.  Why are we seeing systems occasionally rejected mail due to a very long key (262 characters)?  A General Text Database lookup happens, due to the very long key.
