Global Searches, Personal Searches or Change Analyst Searches Are Missing Under the Search Folder (Doc ID 2373869.1)

Symptoms

Searches saved under Global Searches, Personal Searches or Change Analyst Searches Folder are missing. Search Folder exists, but it shows empty and unable to expand the Search Folder.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client.
  2. Go to Searches, and see Personal Search is unable to expand and cannot see any searches that should be there under the search folder.
    This can happen for other search folders such as Global Search, Change Analyst Search, etc.
  3. When attempting to save the search with the name of the search that used to show, gets error: "The search name is already in the same folder"
