Not Able To Add Item To Transfer Shipment Using Scanner Button On An ‘In Progress’ Container

In Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 16.0.1, not able to add item (part of approved Document) to Transfer Shipment using Scanner button on a container in ‘In Progress’ status due to the following error:
Document not found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Per-requisites: Role Permission: User does not have permission to add items to transfer shipment
1. Choose a container with status "In Progress;"
2. Click Scanner button and scan item which is part of document (or already listed on screen) and click Apply button;
3. System throws error ‘Document not found’.
