The Web User is Not Able to Access the InfoCenter Due to "com.inquira.services.ldapservices.InquiraAuthenticator" Error

On : 8.4.7 version, InfoCenter Web Application
Web user is not able to view the content in InfoCenter.
Only one user whose emailid is ending with "cpi.solution" domain is not able to see the content in InfoCenter.
