XML Import Issue

Symptoms


When we are dropping xml's in in folder it is processing up-to 15-20 xml's and after all other xml's are not getting imported.
this instance was upgraded to 8.1 last week .

The error we are able to see is

\\nn.n.nn.nnn\SYN-FOLDERS\EMA_R3_IMPORT\IN\EVHUMAN\xxxxxx\R2_ICHICSR-EVHUMAN_10000655436(2).xml ==========
