PCM_OP_RATE_EVENT to Accept Additional Info as Part of Input Flist (Doc ID 2374193.1)

The PCM_OP_RATE_EVENT opcode currently does not accept additional information as part of the input flist.

The user has a requirement to configure pricing based on service attributes like region and data center and they are storing these values as part of the service object (/service/temp/dedicated).
Configured the rate plan selector (RPS) to use these values from service. This will work fine for an account/service present in DB.

Also having a requirement to support quote generation. In this case, there is no service/account objects. The user looked into the PCM_OP_RATE_EVENT code and there is no way to pass the service attributes as part of input flist. It is always looking at the service object. Is there a way to pass these additional attributes as part of input flist?

If this is not currently supported, Would like to request an enhancement to PCM_OP_RATE_EVENT to accept the additional information (service attributes) as part of input flist (through INHERITED_INFO or something like that) so that the opcode doesn't need to read the /service object. Since the user has an SLA for quote service and if the opcode allows these additional information, it doesn't need to hit database, and can meet the SLA.
