Symptoms

The ">=" and "<=" operators in the Alarms and Devices List (eg. Abnormal Devices List) Filter Dialog do not work

You would like to filter all the entries in March in the Abnormal Devices List.

Your date entries look like:
03/14/18 11:19
03/14/18 08:08
etc

In the Filter dialog you changed the Operator for the Date row to ">=" and entered the following values. All returned no (0) rows in Abnormal Devices List.
03/14/18
03/14/18 01:00

STEPS
1. Enter a date in the filter dialog, note it doesn't return results.
