Not Able To Display Log Files In Model Management (Doc ID 2374278.1)

Symptoms

'View Last Post Build Log' and 'View Last Model Map Build Log' functions in the Model Management application are not displaying the log files ('ces_postbuilt.log' and 'ces_build_maps.log') located in $CES_LOG_DIR. The Post Build Process Log and Model build process Log window opens but they have no content (blank).

The logs files exist in the $CES_LOG_DIR but for some reason it can't be brought up through Model Management.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Model Management
2. Build a map
3. When map finish building select Actions->View Last Model Map Build Log
