Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.18.0 version, Pipeline Manager
CM core dump in handle_system_events() OOB utility function when applying sequential discount.
Steps to reproduce:
1. The sequential_cycle_discounting business param is on in database.
2. An account is created with a plan and a system discount associated with it.
3. After 15 days of the cycle, a new discount deal is purchased which has only a sequential discount.
