ORA-01403: No Data Found On The DTD Element DRUGSTARTPERIODUNIT When Importing E2B R3 Files (Doc ID 2374559.1)

Symptoms

When importing one of the sample E2B R3 fileS (9.time intervals.xml) provided by EMA downloaded using the following URL:
http://www.ema.europa.eu/ema/pages/includes/document/open_document.jsp?webContentId=WC500196026

Getting below errors in E2B difference log while accepting the imported R3 file.

Function F_WRITE: Unable to insert the row in ESM_IMPORT_DATA table ORA-01403: no data found

we are getting above warning message for below 4 DTD elements:


DRUGSTARTPERIODUNIT
DRUGLASTPERIODUNIT
EUDRUGASSESSMENTSOURCE
EUDRUGRESULT
