Account Creation Fails Due To Error In EM Gateway After Upgrading ECE (Doc ID 2374611.1)

Account creation was successful on ECE, but after upgrading to ECE, if one created a simple account from testnap, it is not updating ECE cache instead the system is throwing an exception.

Account creation fails in ECE emGateway and gives exceptions as below:
