Account Creation Fails Due To Error In EM Gateway After Upgrading ECE (Doc ID 2374611.1)

Goal

Account creation was successful on ECE 11.3.0.4.0, but after upgrading to ECE 11.3.0.6.2, if one created a simple account from testnap, it is not updating ECE cache instead the system is throwing an exception.

Account creation fails in ECE emGateway and gives exceptions as below:
