Account Creation Fails After Upgrade to ECE 11.3.0.6.2

Goal

On ECE 11.3.0.6.2, Customer

Account creation was successful on ECE 11.3.0.4.0, after upgrading to ECE 11.3.0.6.2. if one created a simple account from testnap, it is not updating ECE cache instead the system is throwing an exception.

Account creation fails in ECE emGateway and gives exceptions as below:
