Account Creation Fails After Upgrade to ECE

Account creation was successful on ECE, after upgrading to ECE if one created a simple account from testnap, it is not updating ECE cache instead the system is throwing an exception.

Account creation fails in ECE emGateway and gives exceptions as below:
