Sourcing Project Moving Between Other Tabs Does Not Update Attachment Tab, Not able to see Attachments Added

On : 188.8.131.52 version, Web client (PC)
1. Login as user: User1 in Web Client using Internet Explorer.
2. Open a sourcing project
3. Login as user: User2 and open same sourcing project at the same time.
3. With user: User1, go to Attachment Tab and attach a document. Document is attached successfully immediately.
4. With user: User2 click on Attachment Tab. Document attached on step 3 can not be viewed immediately, even if perform different actions between Tabs on the sourcing project or click on Refresh bottom. History Tab show the attached file.
Only after close the sourcing project and open again, attachment is visible.
User2 should see the attached file on the Attachment Tab immediately after User1 uploaded the file.
