Symptoms
According to CC&B help, if the SA/SP How To Use Flag is checked it is ignored
by billing. Which we assume includes the new rate engine.
In the calculation rule, if we use a Calculation Source of Service Point, the
New Rate Engine retrieves all service points regardless if the How To Use
Flag status is Check.
Although the tooltip mentioned that it would retrieve all Service Points, it
is contradicting the How To Use flag description.
Base functionality should be provided to allow users not to include SPs that have How To Use Flag checked.
