ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Wrong account details in To Do characteristics.

STEPS
-----------------------
Facing issue while ToDos are getting created for premise having old inactive account. While To Do entry, cobol based algorithm (C1-TDCR-CHAR) is getting triggered where SP ID is the drill key.
Based on SP ID if we drill down CI_SA_SP table then there are multiple records including both active and inactive SAs. In This case, Account ID is getting picked up based on inactive SA ID which is in the first row from CI_SA_SP table and based on inactive SA ID it is populating old account detail in To Do characteristics.
