Paste Functionality Not Working In UDF Formulas (Internet Explorer 11)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When using Internet Explorer 11, users are unable to paste into the UDF formula field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The paste function results in pasting the copied info.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Web using Internet Explorer 11
  2. Browse to Administration > Enterprise Data > Projects > Project UDFs
  3. Create 3 new Project UDFs, all Number type and Formula:
    UDF1 formula: 100
    UDF2 formula: 200
    UDF3 formula: [UDF1]+[UDF2]
  4. Save the data created above
  5. Create another Project UDF (UDF4), Number and Formula
  6. Copy the formula from UDF3 and attempt to paste into UDF4
  7. No result shown on screen

ALTERNATE STEPS

  1. Login to P6 Web using Internet Explorer 11
  2. Browse to Administration > Enterprise Data > Projects > Project UDFs
  3. Create a formula type Project UDF
    UDF1 formula: 100
  4. Save the UDF
  5. Cut the formula and try to paste back into the same field
  6. No result shown on screen
