After Posting Comment On Payment/Reversal the Page Is Not Auto-refreshed

After posting comment on payment/reversal window from Billing Care GUI, the page is not auto-refreshed when comment posted
The comment posted on payment/reversal page should be auto-refreshed when comment posted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Step 1: Post payment to an account
Step 2 : Open a payment from BCUI under newsfeed
Step 3: Post a comment to the payment
Step 4: Reverse the payment
Step 5: Post a comment under Reversal section
Step 6: Comments are not visible (not getting auto refreshed)
Step 7: Comments are visible when we close and open the payment dialog once again
There are no noted changes in the environment, product, account or hardware that might trigger the problem.
