Export To Excel Functionality Not Working On Report Options Exception Screen (Doc ID 2374838.1)

Symptoms

After clicking on Export To Excel on Report Options Exceptions screen, there is no dialog displayed in order to save or open the excel.

Steps To Reproduce:


1. Launch RMS.
2. Then go to Tasks --> Application Administration --> Report Options.
3. Then click on Exception Exists link. It will launch Report Option Exception screen.
4. Then Action --> Export to Excel.
Screen does not display dialog to save/open output as expected.
