On C2M v2.

Issue in Primary Configuration table in C2M after upgrading to C2M

After upgrading to C2M after broadcasting "Customer to Meter Configuration" on Primary configuration page, joint maintenance table , lookup table and order management tables are missing.
These were available before upgrade.

Primary configuration contains all the tables which existed before upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade from C2M to C2M
2. Navigate to Primary Configuration.
3. Broadcast "Customer to Meter Configuration".
4. Check for the information.
